With the New Zealand Nursing Organisation taking industrial action this week, we expect things to be busy, but we have plans in place, and are here for you. Here’s what you can do to take care of yourself, and your family.

  • If you need medical help or advice, please contact your GP or after-hours medical centre or phone Healthline on 0800 611 116.
  • If you have an emergency call 111. We have professionals in our 111 communications centre who will work out the best thing to do. One of our registered nurses or paramedic advisors may be able to help you over the phone. Or if things are really serious you might need an ambulance and a visit from us.
