Wellington Free Ambulance Events Manager Christine says being part of Wings Over Wairarapa is a great opportunity for our crews to utilise their skills and connect with our incredibly supportive Wairarapa community.

Wings Over Wairarapa is one of the biggest events of the year for Wairarapa, with it attracting thousands of visitors from across the country. 

“Regarded as one of the best air shows in the country, the 2021 show – on from 26-28 February – is going to be sensational,” says Claire from Destination Wairarapa. 

“The beautiful Wairarapa provides a stunning backdrop to an extravaganza of aerial action at Wings Over Wairarapa. As the event happens once every two years, this is the 11th show in 22 years and Claire says it gets better every festival.

Wellington Free Ambulance has provided event medical coverage at Wings Over Wairarapa since 2013.
