A new normal and way of working

A new normal and way of working

As we continue to respond to COVID-19 and work in a safe but compassionate way, it’s the ‘where to from here?’ that has encouraged the team to think about how we could do things differently, do things better, going forward.

WFA team
Whilst life feels like a lot of disruption at the moment– exploring new technologies and ways to communicate and connect - disruption feels inhibiting, but it’s also an opportunity to think about new ways of working.

As we lean into a collective new normal we’ve had to move quickly with new processes, practices and ways of working to keep you and our community the safest we can. Delivering compassionate patient care is fundamental to how we work and this will always continue. But understanding how else we can help with different ways of working is crucial moving forward.

It’s not yet clear where we’ll be next week, or the week after, but we do know we’ll always be here for you.

So settle into your new normal, whatever that looks like. Keep up connection by make use of phones and technology. Lean into the change and embrace the opportunity of new. We’re all in this together.

Stay safe. Keep informed. Act with kindness.
