Freedom Medical Alarms

Stay well-connected and safe at home with a Freedom Medical Alarm. With Freedom Medical Alarms you’re directly connected to our call centre; and our education team continue to work with health professionals so they can deliver the best possible care in our communities.

Freedom Medical Alarms patient with paramedic

If you or someone you care about is living at home and would like the reassurance of expert help on the end of the line, a Freedom Medical Alarm can help.

When you push the button on your alarm, we receive your alert directly into our 111 Communications Centre and immediately call your phone to see what help you need.

If you can’t get to your phone to answer it, a two way speaker system lets you talk to us.  And if we can’t reach you by phone, we will alert your emergency contacts and send an ambulance to your house as soon as we can.

It means you will always be able to alert us if you have an emergency, and that’s good peace of mind.

For information go to the Freedom Medical Alarm website or contact the Freedom team:
